I played my first #game of #Dustrunners and won though not with many points. I had a lot of good draws that kept my car moving as well as some really helpful modifications. I'm not sure yet if it was just a lucky play or if the expansion makes the whole thing easier. But if it is the latter, I like that there are now a few ways to tune up the difficulty.
Hell yeah, #Dustrunners, the expansion to #Dustrunner, showed up today!
Another play of #Dustrunner, another loss from the Sand Worm.
Played a #game of #Dustrunner at the library while my kids picked out their books. I was doing so well until I had a row of bad draws and the raiders caught up. Then, of course, I drew the sand worm and lost. I've played this ten times and have one a single time. Its still fun and I still ordered expansion but I wonder if it's just really difficult or I just really suck.
If you own #Dustrunner, the Game Crafter sale for the expansion is live and I've put the link below. This is a really fun solo player, mint tin game that has awesome 80s inspired artwork. Plus you get to kill Raiders (and now Mutants) with your post-apocalyptic hotrod!
Hurrah! Finally won after 7 tries and honestly, I crushed it this time. It probably has more to do with most of my card selections were lucky and either weren't combat or the dust worm. As usually, next two games I died rather quickly but I will take the single win.
I've made it out of the room to at least sit and watch my son at the #SoundWaves indoor water park. Brought a long #Dustrunner a #solo only #BoardGame that comes in the size of a mint tin.
I've yet to beat this but maybe I will ok this #Thanksgiving evening
