British History Online<p>Last Friday the Bodleian shut a number of digital resources: Bodleian Incunables, British Booktrade Index, William Godwin's diary, and the Broadside Ballads.</p><p>This was done for security reasons, and security does have to be paramount.</p><p>But it is depressing to see more digital historical research infrastructure go down, in a year when we've lost two big JISC archives and much more.</p><p><a href="https://historians.social/tags/DigitalHistory" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DigitalHistory</span></a></p>
