They'll have someone to help them assemble/troubleshoot it IRL, but they're struggling with part choice. </p><p>They're ok with used parts and expect to upgrade in the next 5 years anyways. They just don't wanna spend $700 to start with. </p><p>They already have a basic 60 Hz, 1080p TV or monitor. </p><p>What CPU, GPU, and PSU, and Case would you pick? Remember that they're conceptually ok with used parts, especially CPU and GPU</p><p>I have some ideas but I want to get other opinions rather than confirming my own notions.</p>
