This is my favourite design of any #apartment in #Melbourne. (Yes I am obsessed with #design of small living spaces & #tiny apartments, have dreamed all my life about living alone in one.) Love the layout, the outlook, the access, & most of all the elegant, coherent, integrity of design. Those curves! This is a beautiful example bc it’s empty (tho those added built in cupboards have to go, they upset the whole proportions) & we can see its potential. Location is not great but I WOULD LIVE HERE.

#1930s architects designed small spaces so well.

Hope its next custodians will cherish it.
