We used <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/DECWriter" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DECWriter</span></a> <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/printer" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>printer</span></a> <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/terminals" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>terminals</span></a> connected to an ancient <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/VAX" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>VAX</span></a> - the terminals were laughably out-of-date even at that time (mid-<a href="https://mindly.social/tags/80s" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>80s</span></a>).</p><p>They could only print 30 chars/s, so they topped out at 300 baud.</p><p>Good riddance to line editors!</p>
