Plus he has pardon power that he repeatedly shows he will abuse. So, practically, how do years u hood anyone criminally responsible?</p>

And he's got unbounded pardon powers, even if investigated. And DOJ policy means he's un-indictable.</p><p>Sure, the bill's restriction on US Marshall is horrific and insane. But the marshalls work under Trump and his loyalists would ensure they never came for him anyway.</p>
