AJ Sadauskas<p>Genuine mixed-use buildings are something I'd like to see a lot more of.<br><br>Ground floor retail and hospitality, followed by several floors of office space, with build-to-rent apartments up top.<br><br>If you've ever been to part of a city dominated by office buildings on a weekend, it can feel eerie.
