Jamie Booth<p>Just had a company who sold us a software product tell me that the install and config documentation is proprietary and they can't provide it to me as the customer. I'm not sure how to respond to that except to laugh in their face (which I did).</p><p>Part of me wonders what horrors lurk in that document.
