Dogs are kenneled in 4 x 8 concrete cells from 5 pm until 8 am. 15 hours solitary confinement. Wouldn't any young dog develop behaviours? Theresa<p>Trigger warning</p><p>Daphne was euthanized by the <a href="https://mstdn.ca/tags/BCSPCA" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BCSPCA</span></a> this week. I don't think people understand how often this happens there. If you are surrendering a large untrained puppy there because it's become too much and you don't want to pay for or take the time to train, don't assume the SPCA will do so. I offered to pay for training but the deemed her high risk for an incident due to mouthing and jumping as 11 month old dogs will. They didn't give her a chance. Theresa<p>Easy like Sunday morning, that pretty much describes these 2 sweet senior brothers. 10 yr old Poi &amp; Bambam came in to care after their guardian passed and they are more than ready for a comfortable retirement home. They are gentle, affectionate and seem to love everyone they meet dog, cat and human alike.
