In about 2000 my friend and his brother told me Adamski used to live on the council estate I lived on. I just listened to one of his songs so looked him up. It seems exceptionally unlikely. I never properly believed this, but at the time, kind of did.
This is the gullibility of autistic people.

I went to visit someone in hospital today, and before I went I had to do a lot of planning. I checked my route, worked out carefully where I could park and I was still nervous walking up to the building. I ended up having a migraine later on, probably from the stress of that but also maybe walking around on a hot day.

I have only worked one day this week, and waking up at 6:30 after a terrible night's sleep in raging heat meant that I had a migraine at lunchtime, but it didn't present typically so I didn't recognise it.
