Femi from Ezra collective has such a strange grip on his sticks, I don't see how he has such control. Holds them more like a hammer the faster he plays.</p>

These guys are well-known <a href="https://c.im/tags/UK" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>UK</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/jazz" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>jazz</span></a> stars and their <a href="https://c.im/tags/AfroCaribbean" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>AfroCaribbean</span></a> influences remind me of <a href="https://c.im/tags/DizzyGillespie" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DizzyGillespie</span></a> despite the lack of trumpet. I have heard them here and there, but this is the first deep dive I have taken. Lots of interesting things going on musically and I can see why they are popular, but I must say the emotional tone in this particular set is pretty neutral. As you might guess from the name this is a <a href="https://c.im/tags/JazzFusion" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>JazzFusion</span></a> group doing a fusion of <a href="https://c.im/tags/AfroCubanJazz" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>AfroCubanJazz</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/Reggae" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Reggae</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/Dub" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Dub</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/Cumbia" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Cumbia</span></a> and <a href="https://c.im/tags/PopMusic" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>PopMusic</span></a>.
